Dear Customer,Please note we will be introducing the following surcharge fee for the handling of ‘Telex Releases’ for import and export shipments: TLE = USD30 per Bill of Lading (B/L), effective 01 February 2017 TLE charge code is applied when the original documents are submitted in the Origin Country, instead of the Destination Country.
